Not a very enjoyable an experience altogether. Positive: Arriving at 21.45 to check in was after the reception facility closed at 21.00. This was communicated beforehand as I was driving by telephone and I was told somebody would be there. I was also told that I needed to complete an online pre- checking document online. Not very easy as I was driving. When we arrived there was a locked door and I had to call somebody to open it. Negative: Reception both arriving and leaving as it didn’t seem to exist. I checked out by finding someone in the office. All communication was done by WhatsApp after arrival and the whole experience was strange.

Very good room all facilities you need. Helpful staff. Great property and convenient location to Pontardawe. Positive: Spacious and comfortable room. Nice and warm. Set in lovely grounds, very grand as wedding venue most of year!

A pleasant and stress-free stay in a great location. Positive: The accommodation was exactly as advertised and felt very welcoming. The location was quiet yet convenient, which made the stay very enjoyable. We appreciated how well maintained and organised the property was.
